Shared Services are a best effort type of service and are sold as Quota plans with a monthly Quota (Allowance) ranging from 10GB/Mth upto 1TB/Mth.
Shared services come with speeds up to 20Mbps download and 3Mbps upload.

Unlimited Plans are especially designed for medium to large enterprises that require continuous unlimited 24/7 connectivity to the Internet.

Unlimited Plans can range from 3Mbps to 20Mbps on download and 1Mbps to 3Mbps on upload.

Dedicated Services is custom tailored and designed for Enterprises that require a dedicated link to the internet for mission critical applications.

Custom tailored plans can be designed with the desired download and upload speed as well as sharing contention ratio.
Dedicated Service is sold as a dedicated Committed Information Rate (CIR) service with higher Service Level Agreement (SLA) and committed availability as confirmed by Link Budget (LB) on a case by case basis.
Dedicated Bandwidth can range from 1Mbps to 100Mbps on download and 1Mbps to 20Mbps on upload.
